Ingredients You'll Need

Crust:
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup melted butter
Filling:
6 pkgs. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
3 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Drambuie liqueur
1 teaspoon lemon concentrate
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups fresh blackberries
Topping:
1 pint sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1-3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon Drambuie liqueur


Directions

Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon and butter in bowl, and mix well. Sprinkle 2/3 of the mixture into bottom of 9-inch springform pan, pressing down evenly.


Combine cream cheese, eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, liqueur, concentrate, vanilla, orange rind and cinnamon in bowl, mixing until smooth. Gently fold in blackberries. Pour into crumb-lined pan. (Or, layer cheese mixture and blackberries in the pan). Bake at 375ºF for 55 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool thoroughly. Spread Sour Cream Topping evenly over top. Bake at 375ºF for 5 to 7 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Chill at least 2 hours. Remove sides of pan. Store


covered in refrigerator.


Sour Cream Topping: Mix all topping ingredients together.
