Powdered Donut Holes
Red Gummy Lifesavers
Chocolate Chips
Tube Of Red Gel Icing
Directions
*Use the icing to glue the lifesaver to the top (or in the hole)
*Glue chocolate chips to center of lifesaver with gel to form the iris
*Add squiggly redlines around the eye for a bloodshot look
