Blueberry Muffin

Ingredients You'll Need
Ingredients muffins:
- 2 cups of fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of an orange zest
- 2 and ½ cups of flour
- 1 cup of white sugar
- 2 ½ teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/” teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cups of olive oil
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Ingredients crispy:
- ½ cup of flour
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Directions
Preheat the oven at 180º.
Mix the eggs with the sugar until it's creamy, add the butter and the vanilla essence and mix again.
In another bowl add the flour and add the mix made before, mix.
Add the oil and milk. Mix properly with the blender and with a spatula add the orange zest and the blueberries without them breaking.
Put in individual molds until ¾ is covered.
Prepare the crispy part in another bowl mixing everything together at the same time and put on top of the mixture.
Cook for 35 minutes and it's ready to serve
