Bob Quigley's NY Cheese Cake

Why I Love This Recipe

Ingredients You'll Need
1 pkt + 2 crackers graham crackers
1/2 c. blanched almonds
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c. melted butter
3 eggs
3-8 oz pkgs of cream cheese
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp grand marnier (alcohol)
1 pint sour cream
Directions
Crust:
Pulverize almonds and crackers and 1/4 c sugar, cinnamon and butter.
Butter spring form pan. make curst.
Bake at 350F for 5 minutes. let cool
Filling:
Beat eggs and 1/2 c. sugar.
Beat 5 minutes.
Add cream cheese, 1/2 grand marnier and vanilla - mix well.
Pour in crust, bake at 375F for 20 minutes.
Until top is firm. Cool for at least 15 minutes.
Topping:
Blend sour cream, 6 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp grand marnier, and pour over stuff.
Bake 475F for 55 minutes. Chill overnight.
