Bold Banana Brownies
Why I Love This Recipe
I am a medical student. Every year we have a memorial service for those people who are so gracious to donate themselves after death to our learning experience in the Anatomy lab. I first made these brownies two years ago for this memorial service and they were a hit:)
Ingredients You'll Need
2 boxes brownie mix
1 stick butter, melted
3 to 4 medium bananas
1 cup peanut butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a 9x13 pan with aluminum foil, leaving enough over the sides so the browies can be lifted out of the pan.
Combine melted butter and one package of the brownie mix.
Pat into the bottom of the pan.
Bake 10 minutes.
Cool completely on counter.
Spread the peanut butter over the cooled brownies. Slice bananas and place in a single layer over the brownies (snack on the leftovers:) .)
Mix up the other brownie mix according to package directions.
Pour over the bananas and spread evenly.
Bake at 350 until toothpick comes out of the top brownies clean, about 40 minutes.
Cool and serve:)
