6 chicken thighs, boned
1/3 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 inch pieces fresh ginger root, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves


Place meat in a shallow baking dish. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Cover chicken with spice mixture, rubbing it into chicken on all sides. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Grill chicken 5-10 minutes on each side, until cooked through
