Bourbon Brownies

Why I Love This Recipe
I'm trying to create a Deep Thought cake for a 42nd birthday, and had decided to use brownies to build the cake up into the required 3 D shape. Alcoholic brownies prefered *g* Because Em loves me, she found me the following recipe, sourced from the 'Greenup Extension Homemaker Anniversary Cookbook'
Ingredients You'll Need
3/4 c flour
1tsp baking soda
1tsp salt
1c sugar
1/3 c butter
2 tsp water
1 c chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c nuts
1/3 c bourbon
White Frosting:
1/2 c butter
2 c powdered sugar
1 tsp bourbon
Chocolate Glaze:
1 pkg (6oz) chocolate chips
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Sift together flour, salt and soda. Combine sugar, butter and water; cook over low heat until reaches boiling point, stirring constantly. Add chocolate chips and vanilla, stirring until chocolate chips melt. Add eggs, one at a time; beat well. Add mixture to dry ingredients, mixing well. Add nuts and stir until mixed well.
Bake in a 9-inch greased pan at 325F (200C) for 30-35 minutes.
Sprinkle 1/3 cup of bourbon over top and let cool.
After cooled completely, spread with white frosting (just mix all ingredients listed together).
Then, spread with chocolate glaze over the top (made by melting choc chips, then adding the vege oil)
