Brandi's Chicken Lasanga

Ingredients You'll Need
24 oz chicken broth
1.5 c flour
1 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp basil
3 1/2 C cooked, diced chicken
1 lb cottage cheese
1 egg
Box of no boil lasanga noodles
Fresh Spinach leaves
2 bags of mozzarella cheese
Shredded parmesan cheese (as topping)
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350
Bring to a boil chicken broth, flour, butter, salt, basil, chicken. ( aka chicken mixture)
Add cottage cheese and egg together in a bowl.
In a lasanga/casserole dish, layer in this order:
chicken mixture, noodles, chicken mixture, mozzarella, cottage cheese mixture, fresh spinach, noodles, chicken mixture, mozzarella, cottage cheese mixture, spinach, noodles, chicken mixture, mozzarella or parmesan to top.
* it's important to make sure the chicken mixture covers the noodles, cause that is was cooks the noodles. Otherwise, they will be crunchy.
