1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Directions
In a shallow bowl, combine the cornflakes, parmesan cheese and salad dressing mix. Spray both sides of breast with butter flavored non-stick-cooking spray, then roll in cornflakes mixture to coat. Place in a 13"x9"x2" baking dish that's been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 min. or until chicken juices run clear.
