Cornbread Or Cornbread Muffins
(Very Moist)
2 eggs
2 boxes jiffy corn bread
8 oz reduced fat sour cream
14 oz canned or thawed frozen corn, drained
Directions
heat oven to 400°
lightly spray - 9x13 pan
bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown
