Why I Love This Recipe

I LOVE to make this when we have company for breakfast. It is SUPER easy and very yummy. The best part is that it doesn't require me to spend much time in the kitchen and gives me more time with my guests:)

Ingredients You'll Need

1 dozen large eggs
3 cups mixed shredded cheeses (Mexican works the best)
1 package precooked sausage links
1 can crescent rolls

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Cut sausages in half lengthwise. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with Pam. Unroll crescent rolls on the bottom of the baking pan. Seal the seams to create a crust. Place the spilt sausages on top of the “crust”. Sprinkle half of the cheese on the sausage. Scramble eggs in a bowl, then pour over cheese. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 45 minutes. Should be firm to the touch. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting into pieces.
