Ingredients You'll Need
Tater Tots
Eggs
Bacon Or Sausage (optional)
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Green Onions
Directions
Oven Temperature: 400°F
*Preheat oven to 400 degrees
*Layer frozen tater tots
*Crack eggs into small bowl and lightly beat; pour over tater tots
*Add bacon or sausage (or neither or both); layer shredded cheese
*Bake for 30-40 minutes until egg is cooked through
Light additional layer of cheese until melted
*Top with green onions, if desired, and serve with additional toppings such as ketchup, salsa, sour cream, etc
