Ingredients You'll Need
12oz - 1lb of bacon
2 Deep Dish Pie Shells
1 Bag of Shredded Cheese either Cheddar or Swiss
1 16oz Carton of Heavy Whipping Cream
Fresh Baby Spinach
6 eggs
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees
Combine the eggs, cream, salt and pepper mix well and set to the side.
Cook Bacon to where you can crumble it
Layer Bacon, Spinach, and Cheese in your pie crust
Divide Egg and Cream Mixture into both pies on top
Place In Oven for 35-45 Minutes
