Why I Love This Recipe
My family is rather spontaneous when it comes to cooking in the kitchen. We had a Cooks Essential's brownie maker sitting in a box just left to collect dust. So, we decided to make some quiches with it (you can use regular cupcake pans). I love this recipe because you can make it your own. You can use what ever vegetable you have on hand.
Ingredients You'll Need
egg
red pepper
orange pepper
onion
sriracha sauce
olives (optional)
Greek yogurt (optional)
romaine lettuce (optional)
shredded cheese
bread crumb
seasoning
non-stick pan spray
avocado(optional)
Directions
preheat oven at 375 degrees (turn on Cook's Essentials brownie maker until light turns green)
chop vegetables of choice (cut romaine lettuce into plate-like squares)
crack 6 eggs into a bowl
beat eggs
add vegetables and seasonings of choice
spray pan with non-stick pan spray
sprinkle breadcrumbs in bottom of pan or Cook's Essentials brownie maker
pour in the egg/veggie mixture
OVEN: Let the quiches bake for minutes until the egg is firm and fluffy
COOK'S ESSENTIALS: let the quiches cook for about minutes (poke quiches with a fork to ensure that they are thoroughly cooked)
after quiches are thoroughly cooked, lay out romaine lettuce squares and set quiches on top
garnish your quiches with what ever you like: shredded cheese, a dollop of Greek yogurt, olives, sriracha sauce, and avocado (optional)
