Brenda's Potato Chip Cookies

Cookie Exchange 1995 - Brenda Ditto was Timothy's kindergarten aid and we all enjoyed this unique salty and sweet cookie.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 pound butter, at room temperature
1 cup sugar
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup crushed plain potato chips
Directions
Mix all together. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degree oven for 17 minutes.
Cool and enjoy!
