Broccoli Boost Salad

Healthy crunchy salad
Ingredients You'll Need
5 cups (about 1 head) raw Broccoli florets, chopped
1/2 red Onion, chopped
4 slices turkey or regular Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup raw Sunflower Seeds.
1 cup dried Cranberries
3/4 cup Mayo or Veganaise
2 tbsp red wine Vinegar
Honey or Stevia
1/4 tsp Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine all salad ingredients and mix well.
In a separate small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and mix well with a whisk.
Add the dressing to the salad and toss well.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
