Broccoli-Rice Casserole

Why I Love This Recipe
This casserole is a favorite with our family for the holidays and I have to quadruple to have enough for everyone. Leftovers are great and it freezes well.

Ingredients You'll Need
1 box frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed or 1 bunch fresh broccoli, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
2 cups cooked rice (I use white rice, not instant)
Directions
Cook 1 bunch of fresh broccoli or 1 box of frozen, chopped.
Sauté onions and celery in enough butter to cover bottom of skillet
Add 2 cups cooked rice, the broccoli, cream chicken soup and cheez whiz.
Mix well, pour into 9x12 casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
