Broccoli Salad

Great mixture of sweet, tangy, and fresh.
Ingredients You'll Need
6 slices bacon, fried, cooled, crumbled
2 lb broccoli, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c cashews
1/2 c raisins
1 c salad dressing
2 T vinegar
1/2 c sugar
Directions
Combine broccoli and onion.
Mix dressing, vinegar, sugar and pour over vegetable mixture.
Just before serving, toss in cashews, bacon and raisins.
Pairs Well With
Sandwiches or any meat dish.
