Ingredients You'll Need
6 (or more to taste) slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
6 cups broccoli, cooked for 5 minutes in microwave, and chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 c. raisins or dried cranberries
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. mayo
½ c. sugar
2 T. white vinegar
3 T. sunflower seeds or sliced almonds
Directions
In a large bowl combine broccoli, onion, raisins, and bacon.
In a small bowl mix together mayo, sugar, and vinegar, pour over broccoli mixture and stir well.
Chill until serving.
Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and serve.

Nothing really, it is a salad and can be by itself or with whatever you want to serve it with.
