Broccoli with garlic and lemon

"This is an easy recipe to make and you can also substitute other cruciferous vegetables, such as cauliflower or Brussels sprouts."

Ingredients You'll Need
4 cups broccoli florets
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp lemon zest
Directions
In a small saucepan, bring one cup of water to a boil. Add the broccoli to the boiling water and cook for t-3 minutes or until tender. Drain.
In a small saute pan over medium-high, heat the oil.. Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add broccoli, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Combine well and serve.
