Ingredients You'll Need

24 crushed graham crackers
1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 c. sugar

Cake Filling
3 pkg jello (you choose 3: lime, lemon, orange, strawberry)
1 pkg gelatin
1 c. pineapple juice
2 c. cool whip
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla


1.) Mix crust ingredients together and line pan with 2/3 of the mixture. (Save 1/3 for topping)
2.) Dissolve each package of jello into 1 1/2 c. water. Chill in separate pans until firm.
3.) Mix 1 envelope of gelatin in 1/4 c. cold water. Add to 1 cup of hot pineapple juice. Cool.
4.) Whip cool whip with sugar and vanilla.
5.) Fold the pineapple juice mixture into the cool whip.
6.) Cut jello into cubes and add to cool whip.
7.) Pour onto the crust.
8.) Sprinkle top with graham crackers.
9.) Chill for 12 hours.
