Our family is very fond of pork tenderloin, especially when we marinate it with this delicious Bourbon brown sugar marinade.
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 c. Bourbon (Maker's Mark is gluten free)
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 t. garlic powder
1 T. soy sauce
1 t. kosher salt
1/4 t. black pepper
1 lb. pork tenderloin roast
In a small bowl whisk together Bourbon, oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until well blended. Place Pork tenderloin in a plastic bag, add marinade and put in frig for 2-4 hours or overnight. Remove from fridge 30 minutes prior to roasting. Remove meat from marinade, and place in a roasting pan. Roast in an oven preheated to 425 F for 40 minutes or until instant thermometer registers 145F. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
