Budget friendly stir-fry noodles

Ingredients You'll Need

2-4 packages of instant ramen noodle
1lb of beef
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms(optional)
1/3 cup beef stock,
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
about 1 teaspoon of any hot pepper sauce taste
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 diced sweet onion
3 minced garlic cloves
1/2 tablespoon grated ginger scallions/green onions
thinly sliced
1/4 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
toasted sesame seeds
1 oz bean sprouts


Boil ramen noodles until tender, then drain

Combine beef stock, oyster sauce, rice vinegar and hot pepper sauce in a medium sized bowl for a delicious saucey sauce.

Heat sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, peppers, celery and mushrooms and cook until beef has browned.

Stir in saucey sauce mixture

Stir in ramen noodles and bean sprouts until evenly coated in sauce

Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top. Voila!
