Buffalo & Beef Meatloaf Michelle Losey's Style

Buffalo is a leaner meat than beef. So substituting it in beef recipes lowers your fat and cholesterol intake. Which is always good
Ingredients You'll Need
1 LB Buffalo
2 LBs Hamburger
3 eggs
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 -2 tsp's seasoning salt (Lowery's)
1 tsp. Parsley flakes
2 yellow cooking onions chopped
Few shakes of pepper
Panko unseasoned bread crumbs
Directions
Mix beef and buffalo together
Add eggs, onion, garlic powder, parsley, seasoning salt and pepper and mix well
Add bread crumbs just enough to hold it all together (If you add too many and it falls apart you can add another egg or milk)
Put in a large baking pan, shape add water around edges cover and bake at 350F
Keep chking water lvl the bread crumbs tend to soak up alot of the water so add water as nessary to stop it from burning
After its cooked through remove cover and brown
Pairs Well With
Baked or Mashed potatoes and a veggie (I personally like it w/ a veggie mash like my great grandma's broccoli and carrot mash you can find it on my profile page :) )
