Bun in a mug

"What? 3 Minutes??"

I used the slices to create these awesome canapes (cream cheese with herbs, sour cream with caviar, avocado mousse with cucumber, sour cream with dry-cured ham, egg and ham mousse)
Ingredients You'll Need
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp psyllium husk
1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 egg
½ tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients well
Pour batter in a mug
Microwave high for 60 to 90 seconds
Once cooled, the bun can be easily be removed from the mug
Cut in slices
