Bunny Cake

A favorite served at the Canadian Honker in Rochester, MN.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 white cake mix
3 egg whites
2 T vegetable oil
1 1/2 c milk
7 oz coconut
13 oz coconut milk
8 oz cool whip
Directions
Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, milk and half the bag of coconut. Bake in 9x13 at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool.
Poke holes in the cake with a fork and pour coconut milk over. Chill in fridge.
Spread cool whip over the top and top with remaining coconut. Chill several hours or overnight.
