Buttered Garlic Prawns

Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb Tiger Prawns or River Prawns
1 Bulb of Garlic
Half Cup of Butter (Salted)
1 teaspoon of Mixed Herbs
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of vegetable or palm oil
Directions
Wash the prawns and cut the moustache, dry with paper towel
Crush the garlic and chop it to bits
Heat the pan and add the oil
Saute the garlic and add salt while sauteing.
Add Prawns in the pan and mix
Then add the butter
Add salt and pepper to taste
Wait until the prawns turn red
Add mixed herbs for the final step
