from my cousin who got it from someone in Israel


Ingredients You'll Need

1 kilo (2.2lb) cooked butternut squash
½ c brown sugar
½ c flour (i have only used white for this)
¼ lb butter - melted
1/4 cup coconut milk
3 eggs
Cinnamon for topping


Directions

boil cubes of squash until tender. add all ingredients to food processor (i use my stand mixer) until smooth. pour into 9x13 pan and sprinkle with cinnamon and cover with foil and bake 350 degrees +/- 30-40 min. until edges are slightly golden
