Ingredients You'll Need

1 1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
1 c. peanut butter
6 T. butter, melted
2 1/2 c. GF pretzel, crushed and divided
2 c. butterscotch chips
1/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. peanuts, chopped


Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together confectioner's sugar, peanut butter, and butter. Mix well. Stir in 2 c. crushed pretzels. Spread an even layer in baking pan. Meanwhile, put butterscotch chips and heavy cream in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes at 50% power. Stir well until melted and smooth, microwaving at 30 second intervals at 50% power until completely melted and smooth. Spread evenly over crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. crushed pretzel and peanuts. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
