Serves 4-6 | Prep Time 10-15 minutes | Cook Time 10-15 minutesWhy I Love This Recipe
I love corn on the cob, having grown up in Bloomington, Illinois which is in the heart of the corn belt. But sometimes you just want to dress up your corn a bit, and this recipe is great for that.
Ingredients You'll Need
4-6 ears of corn, husked or if you don't have fresh corn, use frozen corn
1 stick butter
2 t. parsley, dried
1 1/2 t. salt
1 t. dill weed, dried
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. Italian seasoning
1/4 t. thyme, dried
Directions
Put butter in a large bowl, then melt butter in the microwave. Add the herbs to the butter and stir well. Meanwhile husk the corn, remove the silk and grill corn on the grill until corn is heated and beginning to brown. If using frozen corn, cook according to package directions. When corn is cooked, pour herbed butter on corn and drench corn the butter to serve. If using frozen corn, add corn to bowl of herbed butter, stir well and serve.
