Why I Love This Recipe

Full of protean and flavor


Ingredients You'll Need

3 cans of Salmon
1 medium red onion, diced
2 cups of crackers or breadcrumbs or crushed croutons
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced or 1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
1/4 cup lemon pepper


Directions

Separate bones from salmon, place in bowl


Dice onion and sauté in oil until soft


Add garlic and sauté until onion is translucent, set aside to cool


Mix breadcrumbs, eggs, lemon pepper with Salmon


Once onion mix has cooled add to salmon mix


Cover the bottom of the pan with oil and use medium heat


Scoop 2 Tbsp of mixture and form medium sized patties into palm of hand


Fry patties until brown on each side
