CHART HOUSE BLEU CHEESE DRESSING
Why I Love This Recipe
My favourite dressing for a green salad is a Bleu Cheese dressing. I like the bite of the cheese.
Ingredients You'll Need
1-1/3 cups real mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
scant 1/2 tsp. salt
scant 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Blend 2 min. at low speed.
Crumble:
4 oz. imported Danish bleu cheese
Add to sour cream/mayo mixture and blend for several minutes.
Must sit for 24 hours before using.
Makes approximately 2-1/2 cups.
