CHEESE BALL

Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe has been one of my favorites since 1980 when it was served at a party I attended.
Ingredients You'll Need
3/4 pound american cheese
8 oz. package crean cheese
1 clove garlic - minced
1 cup finely chopped pecans
2 heaping tablespoons mayo
Directions
Grate american cheese and mix in softened cream cheese, mayonaise and garlic.
Blend well and stir in pecans.
Roll into a ball, wrap in saran wrap and place in refrigerator to chill.
Serve with crackers.
