CHEESEBURGER MEATLOAF SCOTT AND MICHELLE LOSEYS STYLE

"Good summertime meatloaf!"

I think everyone likes cheese burgers. So this meatloaf is a great substitute without the bun :)
Ingredients You'll Need
Meat mix:
3 Lbs ground beef
1 yellow cooking onion diced
garlic powder
salt and pepper
cubed colby or sharp cheddar cheese
regular seasoned bread crumbs not Italian seasoned or stove top stuffing crushed up in food processor
Topping:
2/3 cups Ketchup
1/2 C Light brown sugar
Opt: 'bout 1/2 - 1 tsp yellow mustard
Opt: sliced colby or cheddar on top melted
Directions
Mix all meat mix together except cheese cubes divide meat into 1/4 and 3/4 put 1/4 in baking pan shaped into meat loaf shape add cheese cubes to remaining 3/4 then put on top of the 1/4 meat mix. Putting cheese only in top 3/4's helps cheese not burn on the bottom. cover and bake at 350F for about 1 hour. Uncover put topping on and continue to bake 'til well browned and cooked through.
