Ingredients You'll Need
- 1 pound cubed boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 28 ounce can chopped stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup water, divided
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- Dash oregano
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
Brown pieces of chicken in a nonstick skillet. Add vegetables, 1/4 cup water, and spices. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Mix cornstarch with remaining water and add to skillet, stirring until gravy thickens.
