CHICKEN WITH ARTICHOKES

Ingredients You'll Need
3 whole chicken breasts, boned
1/2 c. flour
1 pt. sour cream
2 jars (6 oz. each) marinated
artichoke hearts
2 tsp. dried green onion or
chopped fresh green onion
paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. tarragon
Directions
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Drain artichokes,
reserving marinade. Marinate chicken overnight in marinade
from artichokes. In a 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased casserole place
artichokes, cut in pieces. Drain chicken well, saving mari-
nade. Dip chicken in flour,salt, pepper mixture and arrange
over artichokes. Pour marinade over all. Spoon on sour cream.
Sprinkle onions, tarragon and paprika over top. Bake at 350 degrees
for 1 hour.
