Why I Love This Recipe

These sweet chocolate balls are amazing way to stop your sugar cravings.They are also packed with protein.These truffles are sugar free and all natural.Perfect dessert or snack when you want something sweet,but without excess sugar and fat.You can use cinnamon or coconut shreds to garnish them also.Try them and have a good time with HEALTHY RECIPES!

Ingredients You'll Need

100 gr oats
100 gr brazil nuts or cashews
40 gr cocoa powder
1 scoop protein powder
30 gr honey
50 gr pitted dates (soaked in water)
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
50 gr coconut butter
juice and zest from 1 orange
cocoa for garnishing


Soak the oats in the orange juice.
Leave it for a while.
After that,combine everything in a food processor or blender and blend well.
Form a balls from the mixture and dip them into the cocoa powder.
Leave the ready balls in the fridge for about an hour.
Serve and enjoy these yummy ,sweet truffles!
