CINNAMON ROLL BREAD

Ingredients You'll Need
Bread
2 cups flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg, whisked
1 cup fat free milk
2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup sour cream
Swirl
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp. water
Glaze
1/2 cup powder sugar
1 tbsp. fat free milk
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350
2.Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray, or 2 smaller loaf pans, set aside
For the bread
1.In a large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, salt & sugars until combined
2.In a small bowl combine egg, milk, vanilla & sour cream until smooth
3.Pour wet ingredients into flour and stir together until just combined, making sure to not over work the batter
4.Pour into prepared pan, or pans
Now for the swirl
1.In a small bowl combine sugars, cinnamon and water, stirring until smooth
2.Drop mixture over the top of batter and using a knife swirl cinnamon into bread
3.Place pans into oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when placed in the center
4.Remove bread from oven and set pans on a cooling rack
Now for the glaze
1.Combine powder sugar & milk until smooth
2.Drizzle glaze over warm bread
3.Let bread cool for 20-30 minutes before slicing
