Cabbage & Beef Soup

Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb Ground Beef or Turkey (or Meat of Choice)
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Ground Red Pepper
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/4 Onion, Chopped
4 stalks Celery, Chopped
1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles
1 can (from can of tomatoes) Water
32 oz Reduced Sodium Beef Broth (or 4 Beef Bouillons and water)
1 head cabbage, chopped
Directions
*In large pot or dutch oven, brown meat and onion
*Add all ingredients
*Bring to a boil
*Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 hour (you can add extra water if you want it more liquidy)
