Cacao Crunch - raw vegan energy balls

Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup soft pitted dates (6)
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
--or 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp coconut oil
1/4 cup cacao nibs
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 tsp water
pinch of salt
cacao powder for coating
Directions
Process all ingredients except for the cacao nibs and water in a food processor.
When mixture resembles a fine meal, add the water.
Pulse in the cacao nibs.
Scoop about 1 Tbsp of the mixture, press together and roll into a ball.
Roll the ball in the cacao powder to coat.
Store in fridge or freezer.
