A summer favorite. Substitute any white fish you desire for this amazing recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

1 teaspoon finely ground dry Lapsang Souchong
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon fresh garlic
1 teaspoon organic raw coconut oil


Directions

In a small bowl, combine tea, paprika, sage, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper and garlic. Sprinkle the flesh side of the catfish heavily with the spices. Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium- high heat. when the oil is hot add the fillets skin side down. Turn the heat down to medium. Cook on until nicely browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Carefully turn over and cook 3 to 4 minutes longer
