Cajun Chicken Pasta

Ingredients You'll Need
1 pkg Angel Hair Pasta
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut in strips
1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning (we use Weber N'Oreleans)
1/4 cup Butter
1 Anaheim Pepper, Chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Orange Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Chopped
2 Green Onions, Minced
1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream (more or less to consistency)
1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/8 tsp Ground Red Pepper (more if desired)
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Directions
*Bring large pot of water to a boil; add pasta and cook according to package
*Place chicken and cajun seasoning in a bowl and toss to coat
*In large skillet over medium heat, sauté chicken in butter until no longer pink and juices run clear, about 5 to 7 minutes
*Add chopped peppers and green onions; cook 2 to 3 minutes; reduce heat and stir in heavy cream; season the sauce with spices
*In bowl, toss pasta with chicken and sauce, sprinkle with parmesan cheese
Recipe Tips
*This is best when a little bit of regular pasta sauce is mixed into your bowl as well
*Add shrimp and/or mushrooms, if desired
