Why I Love This Recipe

I love shrimp and the flavor of Cajun, So I decided to mix it into a fajita dish. Its a fast and easy recipe I know your family and friends will enjoy.

Ingredients You'll Need

½ pound precooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 medium Green Bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Red Bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Yellow or Orange Bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 whole sliced Jalapenos, cut into 1-inch pieces (optional)
1 medium onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 tbs Olive oil
1 tbs water
1 tbs Salt
4 tbs Cajun season
2 tbs Paprika


1. In a large skillet, add 1 tbs of olive oil and the onion let it cook for 1-2 mins then add the bell peppers and jalapeño (optional). Let it continue to cook with top off on medium high heat.

2. Add the shrimp and add 1 tbs of water ass the salt,Cajun and paprika you may season more for your taste. Cook 2-5 min with top off.

3. Add top and lower heat cook for 8 min. Check and make sure shrimp is cooked. You can pair it with a red, white or brown rice. Enjoy!!!
