Why I Love This Recipe

Ingredients You'll Need

1/2 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, whole (I crush my garlic, and use more (3-4 cloves) and I leave them in)
2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
16 extra large shrimp (I use more, as many shrimp as I need to serve, and I double the sauce ingredients, because it is sooo good as a bread dip with dinner.)

Combine first 7 ingredients in a baking dish. Shell and devein shrimp, pat dry and toss in marinade to coat. Refrigerate 1-12 hours. Preheat oven to 450. Remove garlic clove. Bake 7-10 minutes stirring occassionally--be sure not to overcook. You can also grill these on skewers.
