Ingredients You'll Need
1 18 ounce box Carrot Cake Mix
2/3 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Combine cake mix, 3 eggs and 2/3 cup oil in a bowl. Stir in nuts and raisins. Spread in bottom of a greased 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes.
