Why I Love This Recipe

To create a fla : united milk , cornstarch and white sugar , stir and cook until boiling . Beat the egg yolks until frothy , add 2 tablespoons of batter fla , stir well . then pour the mixture back into the fla . Cook until done

Serve while warm .

Tips to make eclairs

1 . Wheat flour is used with high protein wheat flour ( ie flour twin disc )

2 . Oven temperature should be really hot ( approximately 200 C , when the dough is input )

3 . Sus during baking never opened the oven door . Because this will cause no bloom eclairs

- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Pasta
- 1/4 tsp salt


1 . To make skin : Mix water , margarine , sugar along with salt , cook until boiling . Put all the flour . Stir until cooked . Remove and let cool .
2 . Add eggs one at a time while continuing to mix until evenly distributed .
3 . Put the dough in a bag of skin and insert the syringe star triangle . Print on a baking sheet that has been dyed margarine . Bake in a hot oven temperature 200 C within 25 minutes or until cooked through and no visible scum on top
4 . After a cold scissors sus edges , fill with custard batter .
