Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 1/4 cups flour, sifted
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple, with juice (8.75 oz)
1 jar baby food sweet potatoes (4 oz)
Directions
Melt butter in 9" baking pan.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing with a fork until smooth.
Bake in a 350 preheated oven for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
