Ingredients You'll Need
2 Flatout® Flatbreads
8 oz ground beef
2 teaspoons taco seasoning
1 romaine lettuce
1 cup grated Mexican cheese
2 cups tortilla chips
Guacamole
Fresh salsa
Chopped cilantro (optional)
Directions
Place both flatbread wraps on a wooden cutting board. Discard the outer leaves of the romaine lettuce and chop the end root part off.
Rinse the leaves under some cold water and shake to get rid of the excess.
Chop the leaves into thin strips and divide between the two wraps.
Heat a small pan over a medium heat and add the ground beef.
Break up the beef with a wooden spoon and add the taco seasoning.
Stir well until the beef is no longer pink.
Spoon some of the beef onto the wrap beside the lettuce.
Divide the cheese between each wrap.
Crush the tortilla chips with your hand and sprinkle over the wrap fillings.
Spoon a few dollops of guacamole on top.
Take the edges of the wrap and turn them inwards, at the same time starting to roll the wrap away from you creating a tube shape.
Keep the wrap nice and tight with the seam side down.
Cut the wrap in half and serve with fresh salsa and more tortilla chips.
