Campfire Monkey Bread

This is a recipe that incorporates all the best parts of enjoying the great outdoors. If you enjoy sitting around a cozy campfire and enjoying a sweet treat, you will love these warm, poppable sweet bites. This is a treat that won't break your brackets, just maybe your diet. Soft foods are always recommended when in braces and this bite-size brunch item provides an excellent fix for anyone's sweet tooth.
Ingredients You'll Need
1/4 Cup White Sugar
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Can Buttermilk Biscuits
4 Tbsp. Cold Butter
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
Directions
Prepare 2 sheets of tinfoil by spraying each with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Stir together the sugar with the cinnamon.
Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and roll into the cinnamon mixture and divide between the two packets.
Cut butter into small cubes. Sprinkle evenly between the two servings. Sprinkle with brown sugar and seal tightly by folding up edges.
Cook on a grate over hot coals 20 minutes or until the biscuits are cooked through. Turn frequently for even cooking.
