Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb pecan halves
2 egg whites
1 cup white sugar
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup butter
Directions
Bake pecans at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes to toast. Cool.
Beat egg whites until still. Fold sugar, salt, and pecans into egg whites. Grease cookie sheet with butter and spread pecans on sheet.
Bake 30 minutes at 325, stirring frequently.
Cool for few hours before eating.
